{"id":5932,"date":"2014-04-03T20:24:43","date_gmt":"2014-04-03T20:24:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mumtl.org\/?post_type=blogposts&#038;p=5932"},"modified":"2014-04-03T20:24:19","modified_gmt":"2014-04-03T20:24:19","slug":"20140403-mu-at-schools-felix-leclerc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mumtl.org\/en\/2014\/04\/20140403-mu-at-schools-felix-leclerc\/","title":{"rendered":"MU @ Schools | F\u00e9lix-Leclerc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mumtl.org\/?attachment_id=5920\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5920\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5920\" alt=\"MU_FL_2014_Ateliers_08_creditsphotoISABELLED\" src=\"http:\/\/mumtl.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/MU_FL_2014_Ateliers_08_creditsphotoISABELLED-640x426.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Since mid-December, 15 teenagers from <a href=\"http:\/\/www3.csmb.qc.ca\/ecoles\/Default.aspx?alias=www3.csmb.qc.ca\/ecoles\/felix-leclerc\" target=\"_blank\">F\u00e9lix- Leclerc High School<\/a> are involved in the <a title=\"Schools + Youth Organizations\" href=\"https:\/\/mumtl.org\/en\/participate\/schools-youth-organizations\/\" target=\"_blank\">L<em>aisse ta trace<\/em> committee<\/a> : weekly after-school mural art workshops offered by MU in partnership with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csmb.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">Commission scolaire Marguerite- Bourgeoys<\/a> and runned by Isabelle Duguay.<\/p>\n<p>Each week, these young people demonstrate curiosity, openness and creativity. During the last 3 months, they experienced tape art, airbrush with ZEK, stencils, cartoons with cartoonist Lateef Martin, illustration with Caro Caron (EN MASSE), video games design with Ubisoft designer Nicola Godin and stop- motion with photographer St\u00e9phane Cocke, in addition to visiting the FreshPaint gallery and beginning the whole brainstorming process for their own collective mural with muralist Gene Pendon.<\/p>\n<p>We will shortly publish the first pictures of their mural&#8217;s making of. Meanwhile, here&#8217;s a few pictures of the artistic adventures of these amazingly talented teenagers!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mumtl.org\/?attachment_id=5906\" rel=\"attachment
