About

Creating a space to relax, express oneself, and feel at home. That’s what we did with the students at Louise-Trichet School, thanks to the invaluable support of the Chamandy Foundation, which made it possible to carry out a collective mural project as part of Laisse ta trace. At Louise-Trichet, seventeen students in secondary 3 to 5 transformed the student café into a place of anchorage and tranquility through a soft, vegetal, and symbolic mural. Three walls, 238 presences, and a collective wish: to create a space where one can settle down, breathe, and express oneself. Sun, plants, high fives, birds: each element tells the story of the school as a big family growing together. A 15-week project led by Julie Legault Béliveau, Julian Palma, Jimmy Susan, and Romain Boz.
