Produced by MU and carried out by artist Arno, the mural “World Paint” is inspired by the strong multiculturalism in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, where the mural is located. The project is part of a continuing partnership between MU and the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal (OMHM) which was established in 2007, and the mural is located in the Habitations Boyce-Viau. It is MU’s second project in the borough.
As a part of this project, residents of the Habitations of all ages were able to leave a mark on the mural during the two days when they were invited to paint alongside the artist.
