About
The Maison Bleue in Parc-Extension is welcoming a new mural by MU! This perinatal center supports pregnant women and their families living in vulnerable situations. In line with this mission, MU enlisted a rising female artist, PONY (whose real name is Gabrielle Laïla Tittley), to capture the inclusive and human dimensions of the organization. The mural depicts the Maison Bleue as a landmark where families coexist and put down roots.
The artwork, titled “Where Flowers Come to Bloom” (in French, « Là où les fleurs éclosent »), is a playful and warm illustration that features PONY’s visual style, with her colorful characters, bold lines, and soft, comforting shapes.
Gabrielle Laïla Tittley discovered her passion for drawing in her teenage years. Since then, she has specialized in visual arts and has come a long way, including founding her own clothing brand.
