About

Hydro-Québec partnered with MU to enhance the quality of life for residents of the neighborhood through murals, thereby promoting the integration of its facilities into the urban landscape. The title “Révéler” is an anacyclique word that reads “Relever” when reversed. Hidden within the mural’s bold and colorful graphic shapes, these hidden words—a hallmark of Peru’s signature style— highlight the theme of the water’s journey, illustrating both its power and its central role in Hydro-Québec’s mission. The chosen colors evoke water and nature, strengthen the essential elements of hydroelectricity and its generation through the power of the flow. In 2025, the mural was extended onto the two walls on either side of the site’s entrance.
