About
This mural is the result of a co-creation process involving the clinic’s users. From the design phase to its execution, each step reflects a therapeutic journey and illustrates an intimate path toward healing. The different symbols tell the story of each stage in that journey: from budding emergence to the roots of stability, from a healing heart to a bird taking flight. At the center, a peaceful cat and a bumblebee evoke the importance of serenity and community support. Blending soft pastels with bursts of joy, this creation celebrates resilience and the new horizons opening up for each individual.
A collective work conceived and painted with the users of the René-Laennec outpatient mental health services center, with the support of art educators Amina Mandour and Arnaud Grégoire from the MU team.
