Born in Montreal in 1942, self-taught artist Roger Alexandre has lived and worked in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu since 1946. This renowned artist rests on a career spanning more than 30 years as a painter and a teacher. With numerous solo and group exhibits in Quebec, Canada, the United States and in France, Roger was also first prize recipient for the Poster Competition organized by the United Nations Association for the International Year of Peace in 1986.
