Omar Bernal was born in Mexico. A transdisciplinary artist interested in the concepts of identity, destiny and diversity, he arrived in Quebec in 2016 and has since been actively collaborating with renowned artists (including Patrick Beaulieu) in the creation of public artworks (such as the architectural integration projects for the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and the Sherbrooke Cathedral), and with the organization “l’Atelier 19” in various artistic projects with an ecological and social integration approach. These achievements have allowed him to travel and realize public art and social integration projects in Bromont, Farnham and now in Montreal.
