About
This mural was created with the students of Le Vitrail Alternative School as part of the “Culture at School” program, which aims to provide students with the opportunity to experience various cultural activities that can impact their learning and encourage them to develop openness, curiosity, as well as critical and aesthetic sense.
Due to the students being confined to bubble classes for the year 2021, the secondary level 3 teacher wanted to visually enhance this space so that the students could feel a true sense of belonging and fully embrace it.
The students were therefore involved in the creation of this mural, where they chose a theme centered around vegetation and escapism, inspired by the films of Miyazaki.
