About

This project was carried out within the framework of the Laisse ta Trace program and a new after-school activity program: Art en Tête, dedicated to supporting the psychosocial and academic adaptation of high school students with socio-emotional difficulties (e.g. anxiety, social withdrawal, depression). During 15 after-school art workshops, the students created collective and individual works, with the goal of painting a collective mural in their school.

Accompanied by MU art educator Diane Roe and artist Aless Mc, the youth painted a piece that represents cultural differences and the meeting of cultures. Imaged on plates, each represents an inspiring cultural symbol.
