About
This project was carried out as part of an extracurricular activities program aimed at supporting the psychosocial and academic adaptation of high school students facing socio-emotional difficulties (e.g., anxiety, social withdrawal, depression). Over the course of 15 artistic workshops after school, the youth created both collective and individual artworks with the aim of painting a collective mural within their school.
Guided by Diane Roe, an artistic educator from MU, and the artist Aless Mc, the youth painted a piece that represents cultural differences and the encounter between cultures. Imagery depicted on plates symbolizes various cultural inspirations.
