About

As part of the Laisse Ta Trace program launched by MU in 2010, art educator Diane Roe created a model with a number of students at Dunton Academy. The solar eclipse of April 8 was at the heart of the discussions, and the young people wanted to immortalize this unique event within the walls of the school. After several workshops, they chose as their theme: the movement of the solar eclipse in the sounds, energy and life that surround us. The vintage colors and sepia-toned atmosphere are reminiscent of the 70s posters announcing eclipses. From the sun to the ant, the whole world was exited that day.
