About

After several brainstorming workshops, students at Gabriel-Lalemant high school created a mural on their school’s staircase. Artist Julie Legault-Béliveau introduced the students to the history of mural art to groups of art students. During these workshops with teacher Catherine Ayotte, the artist collected students’ ideas to create a model. The mural’s main theme, Weaving Ties, symbolizes  all kind of relationships that students maintain throughout their school years.
