About

This ground work is the second in a series of 3, realized in the heart of three mythical alleys in downtown Montreal. Combining public art with plants, this pilot beautification project is the result of a collaboration between Montreal Downtown, Tourisme Montréal and MU, with the support of the City of Montreal, with the objective of encouraging the general public to see and appropriate the alleys in a different way in order to make them spontaneous meeting places in the heart of the city. After having embellished Peel Alley, it is now Stanley Alley that is adorned with the colors of artist Diane Roe.
